The Program Content

The 12-week group coaching program consists of three components:

1. Each week, I will release a short, pre-recorded video with the lesson content in the group's online portal. 

2. There will be a few easy-to-execute action steps you will need to do during the week between sessions.

You'll also find additional documents and support materials to refer to as needed.

NOTE: This content will be curated specifically for the weekly lesson so as not to overwhelm you with work. This should feel easy and very "doable".

3. A live Zoom call will take place each week to review the key points of the lesson, share wins and successes, coach you through any challenges that come up, answer questions, and do a fun, experiential exercise as a group to embed the learning.

NOTE: I strongly encourage you to attend the live calls whenever possible to get the most out of the program and the group dynamic. That said, the live calls will be recorded and posted to the portal so you can watch them at your convenience or rewatch them to review the material.

The modules will be released weekly so you can focus on the topic at hand without distraction. No binge-watching!

You will have unlimited access to the program materials once the program has ended so you can go back and re-watch any of the lesson videos and recorded calls at your convenience.

There will be a brief orientation video uploaded before the program starts. This video will walk you through the group portal so you'll know how to access the portal, find the lessons, navigate the program, and find the materials that you want - without any tech stress!

The recorded Zoom calls will be posted in the portal afterward.
